NCS Group, a leading technology services firm in the Asia Pacific region, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our innovation hub team in Singapore. As a key member of our Tesseract innovation hub, you will drive business development and strategy planning to support our growth objectives.
The ideal candidate should possess 3-5 years of sales and/or business development experience, with a proven track record in driving growth. They should have demonstrated experience in managing and executing workshops and events, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders across and beyond our organization to ensure alignment with our vision. You will also contribute to the efficient daily operations of our innovation hub and prepare comprehensive quarterly reports.
Key responsibilities include advancing client discussions from business development to actionable business opportunities, coordinating various types of workshops and events, and assisting with research specific to client workshops.
