Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to join Tesseract as a Digital Innovation Strategist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategy planning, research, and project management to support the growth strategy of Tesseract.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and innovation for clients.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with our vision.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including planning and executing several client workshops in parallel.
• Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve their goals.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly reports.

Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in sales and/or business development, with a proven track record in driving growth.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and executing workshops and events (virtual, physical, hybrid).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, including planning and executing several client workshops in parallel.
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively and view challenges from multiple perspectives.
• Deep passion for technology and innovation.
• Proven experience in managing diverse stakeholders and building collaborative relationships.
• Exceptional team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to think on your feet and act quickly in dynamic environments.
• Comfortable presenting and engaging with large audiences.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to create comprehensive reports on client engagements, including demos and opportunities.
• Familiarity with startup ecosystems and working with startup companies is highly preferred.
• Experience in engaging with the innovation ecosystem is a plus.
• Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and Design Thinking methodologies is a plus.
• Event planning experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) with strong technical aptitude.
