Role Overview
NCS is a leading technology services firm with a presence in Asia Pacific. As Manager, Innovation Hub, you will drive strategy planning, research, project management, business development, and operations to support our growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive client discussions from business development to actionable business opportunities.
  • Coordinate workshops and events, overseeing all aspects from planning and preparation to execution and post-event reporting.
  • Assist with research specific to client workshops.
  • Contribute to the efficient daily operations of Tesseract.
  • Prepare and deliver comprehensive quarterly reports.
  • Engage with key players in the innovation ecosystem.
  • Identify and analyze innovation trends and insights.

Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
  • 3-5 years of Sales and/or Business Development experience, with a proven track record in driving growth.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and executing workshops and events.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think creatively.
  • Deep passion for technology and innovation.
