Seeking a Sales Strategy Executive to drive revenue growth and profitability by optimizing product offerings, pricing, and sales channel performance. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge product, pricing, operational efficiency, and international sales enablement to strengthen distribution channels and unlock new market potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage channel sales for upholstery and case goods (bureaus & cabinets)
  • Monitor product performance metrics such as Rate of Sales, AOV, and attachment rates
  • Build and maintain a balanced product mix with complementary offerings
  • Develop and maintain a product grid across price tiers (good, better, best)
  • Conduct competitive analysis and ensure outward-looking product positioning

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years' experience in channel sales, sales operations, or regional sales enablement
  • Strong understanding of product pricing, merchandising, and market dynamics
  • Experience in multi-country sales strategies and working with 4PLs is preferred
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects across geographics
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
