Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled In-Room Dining Captain to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests in a hotel setting, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide supervision to ensure order rotation among servers and guest satisfaction.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, including setting up room service trays and tables.
  • Retrieve checks, set tables according to specifications, and deliver food to guest rooms and meeting rooms.
  • Serve meals to guests, collect guest trays, and respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.
  • Presentation of checks to guests and obtaining payment.
  • Return payments/signed checks to the order taker.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience as an In-Room Dining Captain or similar role.
  • A commitment to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • A positive attitude and good communication skills.
