Main Duties
  • Plan, lead, and manage QC Finished Goods for both Powder and Liquid Teams
  • Cross-functional support to Raw Materials team
  • Lead investigations on quality issues of internal rejections and customer complaints
  • Partner with cross-functional departments on quality-related resolutions
  • Lead engagement with external customers on quality-related technical queries
  • Manage, maintain, and continually improve systems to meet customer and regulatory requirements
Key Qualifications
  • Degree in Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or relevant field
  • At least 7-8 years of experience in the Flavor & Fragrance industry
  • Strong knowledge in Flavor Chemistry and equipped with good Sensory capability
