As a rapidly expanding business, we require an Administrative Operations Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our field and indoor technicians.

This role demands precision, attention to detail, responsiveness, and sensitivity towards our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone calls and emails.
  • Coordinate daily servicing schedules for technicians.
  • Provide direct support to assigned technicians, track progress, and offer assistance when needed.
  • Process paperwork and invoices within our SAP system.
  • Monitor and update service tickets in our field management system.
  • Follow up with customers regarding outstanding open service tickets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar field or industry.
  • Training will be provided to enhance skills.
  • Ability to process paperwork efficiently and prepare job schedules.
  • Coordination skills to work between suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
  • A positive work attitude and strong team player.

We estimate that this role offers a competitive salary of approximately SGD $45,000 per annum.
