Logistics Business Strategist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Business Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities in contract logistics, including warehousing, e-fulfillment, transportation, and value-added services.

You will work closely with our solutions design, operations, and finance teams to develop and deliver tailored commercial proposals for fashion and lifestyle clients. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and service expansion.

In this role, you will analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to inform strategy. You will also maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting using CRM tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities in contract logistics
  • Develop and deliver tailored commercial proposals for fashion and lifestyle clients
  • Collaborate with solutions design, operations, and finance teams to ensure technical and commercial feasibility
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure and onboarding
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer insights to inform strategy
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and reporting using CRM tools
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is required.

Experience:

At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management is required.

Skills:

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.

Languages:

Proficiency in English is required, with additional languages being an asset.
