Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Logistics Strategist to develop and implement logistics plans that align with our company's goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop logistics strategies that meet business objectives and regional requirements.
  • Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and inventory management.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key logistics partners, such as carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.
  • Monitor and improve national supply chain performance by designing, implementing, and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead projects aimed at optimizing the logistics network and reducing operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies related to logistics and transportation.
  • Manage a team of logistics professionals and provide guidance for their professional development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in logistics management, with a focus on operations and strategy.
  • Proven leadership abilities and a track record of building and leading high-performance teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics software and systems, such as warehouse management systems (WMS) and transportation management systems (TMS).
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to changing business conditions.
