Aevice Health Pte. Ltd., a pioneering medtech startup based in Singapore, seeks an experienced Project Executive/Manager for Market Expansion to spearhead our market access and commercialization strategies in the US healthcare market.

This strategic role will work closely with our Chief Commercial Officer to execute plans that expand our product's market presence and secure new indications for use in the US.

We are offering a competitive salary package of SGD 120,000 per annum, plus performance-based bonuses, health insurance coverage, and opportunities for professional development.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and research capabilities, excellent presentation and communication skills, and proficiency in data analysis and market research.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support market expansion projects focusing on the US healthcare market, including research and analysis of key account targets.
  2. Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with US healthcare providers, payors, and key stakeholders.
  3. Research reimbursement pathways and insurance coverage options.
  4. Help create and execute market access strategies to increase product adoption.
  5. Support clinical teams in documentation for expansion of product indications.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of working experience (for Executive Level) or 2-4 years of relevant working experience (for Manager Level) in healthcare/medical device industry.
  • Experience in market access, reimbursement strategies, or healthcare sales.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
