Order Management Executive

Job Description:

  • Create sales orders in a timely manner and ensure accurate item code and pricing are applied.
  • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders on order processing and follow-up to respond to customer enquiries.
  • Generate sales return orders, administer the return order requests, and issue credit notes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create sales orders for Sunday duties (work from home) and Monday to Thursday duties, including verifying stock availability and printing airway bills for the warehouse.
  • Update product listings, images, and pricing across all digital platforms and ensure accuracy of updates.
  • Process daily orders across all digital platforms and arrange parcels within a day.
  • Compile and confirm orders every Sunday and Wednesday, gathering sales orders from the Sales Team via group chat and inputting them into HQ Excel templates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Preferably has experience in order processing or sales admin.
  • Able to work across multiple departments.
  • Basic practical knowledge in Microsoft Excel.
