Sales Order Support Specialist

This role is open to applicants who are currently eligible to work in Singapore, including Singaporeans, PRs, and Malaysians with valid work passes.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Order Processing Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for processing customer orders accurately and on time, handling enquiries via email and phone, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve stock or order matters.
\The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. Prior experience in order processing, admin, or customer service is a plus.
\Required Skills and Qualifications\- Proficient in English and Mandarin (spoken & written)
- Able to communicate in basic dialects (e.g. Hokkien, Cantonese) to support customer interactions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable communicating with customers (phone/email)
- Team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Prior experience in order processing, admin, or customer service is highly desirable.
