Job Title: Order Process Support Specialist
Job Description:The Customer Service Officer will deliver exceptional support to corporate customers, managing their orders and requests from initiation to completion. They will respond promptly to customer inquiries, including requests for quotations, service support, and documentation.
The ideal candidate will prepare and submit accurate quotations to customers in a timely manner, manage and submit required documentation in customers' respective management systems as needed, and proactively communicate with customers to provide updates on order statuses and shipment schedules.
They will also maintain precise and up-to-date records of spare parts price lists tailored for customers, collaborate with customers, forwarders, and internal departments to ensure efficient order fulfillment and timely shipment execution, and prepare and submit documentation to assist customers with customs-related queries.
Furthermore, the successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to address customer concerns and facilitate the implementation of solutions.
