  • Candidate Advisor: Offer guidance to candidates on resumes, interviews, and career opportunities.
  • Negotiation Pro: Manage offer processes, including salary discussions and employment terms.
  • Database Manager: Maintain accurate records of candidates and clients in the recruitment system.
  • Sales Driver: Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio.
  • Brand Ambassador: Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma and above.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
