The Role

SS&C Technologies is seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead a team of professionals in investor services, including transfer agency, accounting, and management products. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality service standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Supervise a team of 3-5 staff members in performing various tasks, including investor transaction processing, KYC/AML document reviews, and client reporting
  • Monitor and control processes to ensure they meet agreed-upon KPIs and deliverables
  • Promote and present SS&C portal and other new systems or applications to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and fund directors
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from fund managers, investors, and auditors
  • Ensure new client onboarding and set up internal processes to meet client requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Transfer Agency/Investor Services, preferably in hedge funds
  • Strong leadership and supervisory experience, with ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client satisfaction
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English, with Mandarin a desirable asset
