About the opportunity

We are looking for a **Specialist, Performance Marketing - Affiliate (APAC) **to join our growing team based in our Singapore office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Optimise existing affiliate partner performance through analysing performance and identifying/ propose opportunities to achieve channel’s KPI
- Brainstorm, conceptualize and execute campaigns that aligns with channel’s objectives
- Research, propose and execute plans to identify and onboard new Affiliate Partners
- Manage internal/ external stakeholders and SOPs to ensure smooth running of the Affiliate Marketing Partnership Channel
- Support activities to enhance the Affiliate Marketing Platform
- Other ad-hoc task supporting the growth of the channel
- Understanding of Google Analytics and Adjust is necessary for tracking purposes

What you need to be successful
- Minimum 2 years experience in affiliate marketing
- Ability to manage complexity and be comfortable with ambiguity
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills and proficient in excel
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands on attitude are a must
- Fast learner and a team player
- Knowledge of SQL is a plus
