Performance Marketing Specialist (Meta & Google Ads)
  • The Performance Marketing Specialist position is based in Dubai, UAE with remote options available. As a candidate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in paid ads on Meta and Google Ads, you will play a crucial role in scaling our solar energy brand across the MENA region.Your responsibilities will include launching and optimizing high-converting campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, managing monthly ad budgets amounting to six figures for lead generation and sales, and mastering full-funnel strategies for solar products from top-of-funnel to bottom-of-funnel. You will be expected to conduct A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages continuously to enhance campaign performance. Reporting on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) will be a key part of your role, focusing on meaningful metrics rather than vanity metrics.In this role, you will utilize various tools including Meta Ads Manager for Advantage+ campaigns, Google Ads for Search, Display, and YouTube, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio, CRM Integration tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce, as well as AI Ad Tools like ChatGPT for ad copy generation.The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta and Google Ads, with a proven track record of improving Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) which you will be required to share during the interview process. While a passion for solar and energy technology is preferred, it is not mandatory.
