Location: Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range: SGD 4,000 – SGD 6,000 per month

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Performance Marketing Specialist with proven expertise in Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads. This role is ideal for a data-driven individual capable of independently managing and scaling digital campaigns to drive measurable growth and sustainable returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up, manage, and optimise advertising campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
  • Scale ad spend effectively while maintaining a positive return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop, test, and refine campaign strategies based on performance analytics and market trends.
  • Identify and target the most relevant audiences across platforms.
  • Present and execute growth strategies to drive customer acquisition and brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing successful Meta and Google ad campaigns with positive ROI.
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or performance advertising.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and familiarity with A/B testing, conversion tracking, and performance metrics.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Meta and Google Ads tools, formats, bidding strategies, and best practices.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage full campaign lifecycles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Experience in the fine jewellery, fashion, or luxury industry.
  • Familiarity with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and other digital marketing platforms.
