We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to build and grow our customer base.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with key decision-makers, and driving sales growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets by cultivating new business leads and converting them into revenue-generating customers.
- Sales Enquiries: Respond promptly to incoming sales inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Customer Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their evolving needs and offering customized solutions to drive retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Market Expansion: Proactively identify emerging trends and market opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and insights to drive business expansion.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Sales or Business Administration
- Minimum one year of sales experience in a similar industry is preferred
- Candidates without experience are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
