Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Creative Space Planner to join our team. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for working closely with clients to understand their lifestyle requirements, needs, and visual direction.

Your primary role will involve outlining client design objectives, preparing 3D, 2D, and SketchUp design plans, creating mood boards to sample your design vision, and setting timelines for the completion of interior design projects.

You will also be responsible for preparing and submitting progress claims and invoice billing, as well as preparing quotations for interior design projects. In addition, you will be required to upgrade your knowledge and maintain industry expertise to stay relevant in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences
  • Prepare detailed design plans and presentations
  • Conduct site visits and coordinate with suppliers and workers
  • Manage project timelines and budgets
  • Develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Architecture or Interior Design
  • At least 1 year of experience in a related field

Skills:

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and creative skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
