Job Title: Space Planner and 3D Visualizer

We are seeking an accomplished Space Planner and 3D Visualizer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating detailed floor plans and layouts that optimize functionality, as well as generating creative and unique design concepts that align with client vision and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create detailed floor plans and layouts that maximize space efficiency and user experience.
  • Develop innovative and visually stunning 3D visualizations that showcase design concepts and meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences and project objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in space planning and 3D visualization.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in space planning and 3D visualization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Revit certification.
  • Experience with construction documentation and project management.
  • Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.
