Creative Space Designer

As a Creative Space Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing innovative design solutions for commercial spaces. You will collaborate closely with clients to comprehend their requirements and objectives, and present them with design proposals, sketches, and material samples.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop creative design concepts for commercial spaces that reflect the client's identity and business goals.
- Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, including space planning, material selection, and project timelines.
- Meet with clients to understand their requirements, objectives, and budgets, and present them with design proposals, sketches, and material samples.
- Source and select high-quality materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with the design and commercial usability.
- Collaborate with contractors, architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure the project is executed as per the design vision.
- Monitor projects to ensure they stay within budget and provide cost-effective solutions when necessary.
- Ensure that all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial interior design.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
- A strong understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility requirements.
