Job Title: Creative Space Planner

About the Role:

  • Design and develop creative solutions for commercial office designs that enhance our clients' corporate image and provide a conducive work environment.

  • Develop strategic thinking and analysis skills to drive projects forward.
  • Present and sell creative solutions to clients, ensuring effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Participate in project pitching to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage design as a strategic asset in achieving organizational success.
  • Ensure design development meets project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Champion design excellence and innovation, setting benchmarks for success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • Exceptional design and conceptualization skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and excellence in design.
  • Excellent communication skills, effectively conveying and presenting design stories to stakeholders.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
