About the Role:

ASCEND RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Administrative Support Assistant to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our finance department, including recording and processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, and liaising with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters.

Responsibilities:

  • Record and process transactions such as invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform cost allocations and maintain up-to-date financial records.
  • Liaise with vendors, clients, and other departments regarding financial matters.
  • Provide support to seniors in the team.

Requirements:

  • Must possess minimum O Level or ITE qualifications.
  • Candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with account software (Globe 3) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
