Early Childhood Education Assistant Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to join our team as an Early Childhood Education Assistant.

  • To assist the lead teacher in creating a supportive learning environment for children.
  • Provide daily care and support for children's physical and emotional needs, including showering, meal times, and toileting routines.
  • Contribute to classroom administration, ensuring a smooth and organized learning space.
  • Foster positive relationships with children and parents through regular communication and engagement.

Main Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to young children. This includes assisting the lead teacher in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this position, you will need a minimum of a Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Education and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role. You should also possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
