Job Title: Young Children Development Coordinator

About the Role

The organization's mission to develop compassionate and passionate young leaders is a key component of our Youth Development programme. The programme consists of four divisions, each targeting a different age group and demographic.

The successful candidate will support the RCY Divisions of Red Cross Junior in their work processes, including event collaborations with other departments.

  • To be deployed for event duties, including weekends
  • Support logistic arrangements for events and ensure compliance to financial and administrative procedures
  • Liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and volunteers
  • Assist with volunteer management and ensure volunteering hours are awarded correctly
  • Create marketing materials for the division
  • Collaborate with the Communications Department to promote RCJ events through social media and create publicity materials
  • Manage purchase requests for RCJ and ensure all invoices/receipts are submitted on time
  • Delve RCJ materials to preschools and liaise with other divisions for quarterly cleaning
  • Gather feedback from volunteers and parents after events for report submissions
Requirements

A degree in Event Management, Business Management or Mass Communications is required. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of working experience and previous experience working with young children is an advantage.
