Caregiver for Young Children

The Early Childhood Educator plays a vital role in shaping the minds of young children, creating an environment that fosters their social, emotional, and cognitive development. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and delivering engaging lesson plans aligned with established frameworks to promote desired learning outcomes.
- Implementing programs tailored to meet the diverse needs of young children, encouraging active participation and creativity.
- Ensuring a safe and healthy environment at all times, providing close supervision and attention to individual children's needs.
- Observing, assessing, and documenting children's progress, behavior, social development, and physical health.
To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:
- A Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Care & Education; or
- L1 / L2 / EY1 / EY2 certification by ECDA; or
- Relevant experience working with young children.
