Early Childhood Educator Job

We are seeking an Early Childhood Educator to join our team in a Kindergarten setting. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and education of children aged 5-6 years old.

Job Description

The role involves working in a before and after school care setting for MOE Kindergarten going children. The ideal candidate should have experience in caring for young children and be able to create engaging activities that promote their development.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Caring for children in a group setting
  • Planning and implementing activities that promote learning and development
  • Ensuring the health, safety and well-being of children at all times

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum Student Care Centre (Early Years) Certificate
  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE-T) or equivalent obtained in the English medium preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and a caring personality
  • A passion for working with young children
