Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to fill the role of Early Childhood Educator. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a passion for working with young children.

As a L2 Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing programs for young children.

  • Develop engaging lesson plans to stimulate children's intellectual development.
  • Hold regular parent-teacher meetings to address children's progress, issues, concerns, or parent complaints.
  • Observe, assess, and document children's performance, behavior, social development, and physical health.
  • Identify behavioral problems and develop appropriate strategies to address them.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Attending staff meetings, conferences, and workshops to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed of their child's progress.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE)
  • Advanced Diploma in Kindergarten Education – Teaching (ADKET)
  • Childcare Teacher - L2 (LON - EDCA)
