As a vital component of our recovery-focused team, the Recovery Ambassador plays a unique role in delivering exceptional experiences to members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering Personalized Recovery Experiences:
  • Prepare and serve specialty drinks, tonics, and functional recovery beverages with attention to detail and precision.
  • Engage with members, understand their preferences, and create meaningful micro-moments through interactions.
  • Maintaining a Welcoming Environment:
  • Ensure the café and front-of-house area are impeccably clean, stocked, and well-organized.
  • Support music, lighting, scent, and flow to create a premium wellness environment.
  • Collaborating with the Team:
  • Work closely with Ice Bath Trainers and the front-of-house team to manage club flow and support booking inquiries.
  • Provide feedback to the Club Manager on member preferences, stock levels, and process improvements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a barista, hospitality team member, or café all-rounder.
  • Calm, friendly energy with high emotional awareness – able to read the room well.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and cleanliness standards.
  • Enthusiasm for wellness, recovery, and delivering daily feel-good experiences.
  • Comfort working mornings, evenings, and weekends in a team-based environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in wellness cafés, juice bars, functional tonics, or supplement-based drinks.
  • Interest in cold immersion, breathwork, and performance recovery.
  • First Aid or Food Hygiene certifications.
  • Confident communicator who loves connecting with people.
