As the first point-of-contact in store, you will be the ambassador of our organisation and play a key role in driving seamless customer interactions across channels.

You will engage in innovation and productivity initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and handle order fulfilment processes with ease.

The Retail Fashion Advisor is responsible for exceeding customer expectations by listening to their needs, answering questions about products and services, finding products that meet their needs, providing in-depth product information, and achieving sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and follow up on customer concerns ensuring timely resolutions
  • Ensure service standards and importance of service recovery are adhered to
  • Operate and close shift procedures accurately
  • Count money accurately without error
  • Provide 6-star service to make customers feel at ease and comfortable

Requirements include prior retail experience and proficiency in skills such as product knowledge, sales, Microsoft Excel, visual merchandising, and interpersonal skills.

Successful candidates will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
