Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled 3D Building Information Modeller to join our team. As a BIM Modeler, you will play a crucial role in the development of building information models for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clash-free BIM models
  • Follow established BIM coordinator guidelines for resolving clashes and ensuring data integrity
  • Organize and maintain systems, layers, filters, Revit Families, and their parameters in accordance with best practices
  • Create detailed sheets for project deliverables
  • Liaise with team leaders, engineers, and BIM coordinators regarding submission requirements and deadlines
  • Support design tasks as needed and provide guidance to junior staff on modelling issues
Additional Responsibilities
  • Develop and prepare BIM models for M&E services
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of BIM concepts, processes, and tools
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with industry-standard software and technologies
