3D Building Information Modelling Specialist

- Create and update detailed 3D building information models using software such as Revit, AutoCAD or Navisworks based on architectural/structural/MEP drawings.
- Produce accurate 2D drawings, sections, details and schedules from BIM models.
- Collaborate with project engineers, designers, and other modelling team members to ensure design accuracy.
- Maintain compliance with company BIM standards, naming conventions, and LOD (Level of Detail) requirements.
- Coodinate with other disciplines to avoid clashes and assist in clash detection using Navisworks or equivalent tools.
- Update models according to design changes and client requirements.
- Participate in internal model coordination meetings and contribute to model updates.
- Keep track of model documentation and revision history.
- Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and optionally Navisworks, SketchUp or BIM360.
- Work collaboratively with the modelling team.
- Communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
At least 3-5 years experience working as a BIM Modeller is preferred. Good understanding of construction drawings and BIM processes, strong attention to detail, good time management skills are also required.
