Job Title: 3D Building Information Modeler

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a 3D Building Information Modeler . This role involves creating and maintaining accurate and up-to-date 3D models of buildings and structures using various software tools.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a key role in our organization, working closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality building information models. The successful candidate will have excellent technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date 3D models of buildings and structures using various software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bentley software.
  • Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality building information models.
  • Develop and implement best practices and techniques for BIM modeling and management.
  • Maintain company standards, workflows, and processes related to BIM.
  • Determine conventions for reviewing BIM models and associated deliverables.
  • Monitor progress of design to ensure it aligns with planned schedule.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil, Architectural, Structural, or equivalent with minimum 10 years relevant experience.
  • Well-versed in BIM e-submission process, requirements, and guidelines, and LTA, PUB, and BCA standards.
  • Trained in BIM Modeling and BIM Management.
  • Familiarity with local BIM e-submission process, requirements, and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent technical skills in BIM modeling software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Bentley software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
