Job Title: 3D Building Information Modeller

We are seeking an experienced 3D Building Information Modeller to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating and developing detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects using BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation.

The successful applicant will be responsible for updating and maintaining BIM models and drawings to reflect any design changes, construction progress, or as-built conditions. They will also manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, clients, and stakeholders.

  • Create and develop detailed 3D models of buildings or infrastructure projects.
  • Update and maintain BIM models and drawings to reflect design changes and construction progress.
  • Manage the process of exchange and coordination of BIM model with consultants, client, and stakeholders.
  • Generate shop drawings for preliminary, construction, and as-built stages from BIM model.
  • Produce completeness shop drawings as per detail given by engineer/manager.
Key Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience with Common Data Environment (CDE) and Coordinated Combined Services Model (CCSM).
  • Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, or Bentley MicroStation.
