3D Building Modeler

We seek an experienced 3D Building Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in creating detailed 3D models using BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create precise 3D models for construction documentation.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to gather information and ensure accurate modeling.
  • Update and modify models based on revised plans and specifications.
  • Extract 2D drawings and details from 3D models.
  • Run clash detection and generate reports for coordination meetings.
  • Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in BIM software including Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
