Job Profile

The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for overseeing the onboarding process of new hires to ensure a seamless integration into the organization.

This involves coordinating with various departments to streamline pre-boarding activities, ensuring timely execution and alignment. Additionally, the role requires effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Contract Management: Prepare and issue employment contracts in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Pre-boarding Coordination: Manage end-to-end pre-boarding processes for new hires, including document collection, verification, background check activation, and work pass applications.

Process Improvement & Reporting:

  • Enhancing Efficiency: Identify opportunities to optimize the pre-boarding experience through data-driven insights and process analysis.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • A fresh diploma graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
