As an Onboarding and Compliance Specialist in Healthcare Staffing based in Navi Mumbai, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth integration of new healthcare professionals into our organization while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and organizational standards. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will play a crucial role in maintaining workforce readiness and upholding patient safety.Your key responsibilities will include coordinating the onboarding process for both clinical and non-clinical staff, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely onboarding, and processing all necessary documents such as background checks, I-9s, and health screenings. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring license and certification expirations, conducting audits of employee records, and verifying professional credentials.You will also be involved in coordinating compliance training sessions, staying updated on healthcare compliance laws and regulations, and serving as a liaison between internal departments and new hires to address any onboarding or compliance issues. Your ability to communicate effectively and provide ongoing support to employees will be essential in this role.To qualify for this position, you should ideally have an Associates or Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, along with at least 2 years of experience in onboarding, compliance, credentialing, or HR administration, preferably within a healthcare setting. Knowledge of healthcare regulations such as HIPAA, OSHA, CMS, and Joint Commission standards, as well as experience with onboarding/HRIS/compliance tracking systems, will be beneficial.In return, we offer benefits such as insurance coverage, a 5-day work week with weekends off, an attendance bonus, and US shifts.
