Job Title: Client Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Client Onboarding Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Determine customer eligibility for onboarding based on risk assessment and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence on customers, including verifying identity and screening against sanctions lists.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of client onboarding procedures to ensure compliance with AML regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate completion of onboarding processes.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer onboarding activities are conducted in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

You will work closely with colleagues to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with new customers.

This position requires excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in AML or compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of AML regulations and risk assessment methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
