Business Development Manager
The RoleWe are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our partnership efforts, driving commercial growth and ensuring seamless onboarding of deals through cashback vendors and external affiliate platforms.
- Identify high-quality partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and cashback vendors, leveraging negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Manage the end-to-end process of getting offers live, from contract agreement and content collection to final approval and launch.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Liaise with affiliate and cashback platforms to maximize deal inventory and optimize return on investment (ROI).
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they see sustained value.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure partnership offers are successfully implemented and promoted.
- 5+ years in business development, account management, or affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, cashback programs, or e-commerce deal structures.
- Experience in managing merchant onboarding processes and partnership lifecycles.
- Proficiency in performance tracking and commercial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
- Strategic thinking, adaptability, resourcefulness, and self-driven behavior.
