
Partnership Growth Specialist

About the Role:
This is a high-impact position where your commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and relationship-building abilities will directly contribute to our growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and securing partnerships with merchants, affiliate networks, and cashback vendors. They will also manage the end-to-end process of getting offers live, from contract agreement and content collection to final approval and launch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
- Onboard new deals efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, ensuring revenue targets and KPIs are met.
- Liaise with affiliate and cashback platforms to maximize deal inventory and optimize ROI.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, ensuring they see sustained value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and promotion of partnership offers.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in partnerships, business development, account management, or affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record in negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
- Strong understanding of affiliate networks, cashback programs, or e-commerce deal structures.
- Experience in managing merchant onboarding processes and partnership lifecycles.
- Proficiency in performance tracking and commercial reporting.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
