We are seeking a skilled Helpdesk professional to join our team.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for raising tickets into the ticket management system (ServiceNow), performing basic triaging, and assigning ticket status with updates to the requestors.
- Please support any ticket-related report/stats generation as and when needed.
- Backfill requests will also be handled by the individual.
- It is preferable that the candidate has an IT background with experience in Level 1/1.5 Helpdesk Support.
- The ideal candidate should be conversant in spoken and written English, possess a positive work attitude, and apply basic helpdesk etiquette in dealing with users via calls or emails.
- Experience working with and using Customer Relationship Management Systems (CRM) or Integrated Ticket Service Management Tools (ITSM) is highly desired, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
