
Helpdesk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong technical background, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and escalating complex problems to senior support teams.
- Ensure that all requests are properly logged, categorized, tracked, followed up end-to-end, resolved, and closed.
- B uild and maintain a knowledge base that consists of relevant documents such as updated FAQs, case studies, processes, and procedures.
- Attend to customers' calls and emails, analyze, and resolve requests over the phone or email where applicable.
- Provide a Helpdesk Queries Analysis Report that categorizes and trends queries, proposing improvements to reduce recurrence of significant queries or occurrence of similar queries.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of information technology, especially in areas like SAP HCM ERP.
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills.
- Good team player with responsibility and conscientiousness.
- Resourceful, independent, responsive, and proactive.
- At least 2 years of working experience in information technology, preferably with experience in SAP HCM ERP.
