About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Community Partnership and Volunteer Executive at FEI YUE COMMUNITY SERVICES. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in growing and coordinating volunteer supply, building volunteer management capabilities, and brokering partnerships between demand and supply at the town level.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to identify and develop volunteering opportunities
  • Screen, assess, match, and orientate volunteers to our services
  • Implement effective volunteer management systems, including recruitment, training, deployment, reward, retention, and recognition
  • Evaluate volunteer programs to ensure effectiveness and implement changes as needed
  • Develop and operationalize plans to market our services and volunteering opportunities to community and corporate partners
  • Update and maintain content on our corporate website and social media platforms
  • Monitor digital platforms for information and updates on our initiatives and partners
  • Prepare quarterly progress reports
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in mass communication, human resources, social studies, or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in relevant fields or sectors, or a strong interest in community relations work
  • Understanding of community relations work and ability to work in a hybrid environment
  • Keenness and flair in digital communications tools
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work collaboratively with volunteers from various organizations and companies
  • Able to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision
Location

The successful candidate will be based in Bukit Panjang/Choa Chu Kang.
