Join Our Compliance Team

We are seeking a Senior Manager Corporate Compliance to collaborate with commercial and legal experts to drive high-impact compliance initiatives in the APAC region. Our team prides itself on fostering a culture of integrity and collaboration while navigating complex regulatory landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Chief Compliance Officer in managing day-to-day compliance operations across the APAC region.
  • Partner with the Dexcom APAC Commercial Team to drive complex compliance projects and lead cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and outcomes are met.
  • Consult with Dexcom's Legal team, outside counsel, and consultants to develop solutions for regional compliance challenges.
  • Manage outside counsel and related budget matters.
  • Assist with periodic risk analysis, monitoring, and mitigation efforts.
  • Manage Dexcom's Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and Modern Slavery Due Diligence Program in the region.
  • Stay updated on regional and local laws and regulations, offering guidance to business units on compliance and risk management.
  • Oversee the implementation of the Dexcom Code of Conduct and policies.
  • Conduct compliance trainings and promote awareness programs on ethics, integrity, and risk areas across the region.
  • Manage the compliance hotline for APAC, oversee case reviews and tracking, and contribute to investigations as needed.

Requirements

  • Strong sense of ethics and integrity, with deep knowledge of business ethics compliance, particularly in the Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry.
  • At least five years of experience in a legal or compliance role, with expertise in healthcare, anti-bribery/anti-corruption, and modern slavery laws.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex compliance topics clearly and compellingly.
  • Solution-oriented team player who builds strong relationships with diverse stakeholders and can balance commercial goals with compliance risks.
  • Empathy and experience in building, managing, and leading teams.
  • Sense of humor and proactive, collaborative approach to work.

Experience and Education

  • Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of industry experience.
  • 5-8 years of people management experience, demonstrating strong leadership skills and empathy in building and managing teams.
  • MBA or Master's degree a plus, along with a healthcare compliance certification or willingness to obtain one within six months.
