About the Role

BoardRoom Limited is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Corporate Secretarial Senior Manager to join our team. As a key member of our corporate secretarial department, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and guidance to our team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional corporate secretarial services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of corporate secretarial professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our corporate secretarial services, ensuring that we remain competitive in the market.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to our clients on corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters, ensuring that they are fully aware of their obligations and responsibilities.
  • Work closely with our clients to understand their business needs and develop tailored corporate secretarial solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of our clients' corporate information, ensuring that all necessary documents and filings are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, stakeholders, and other key partners, ensuring that we provide exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices, ensuring that our services remain compliant and effective.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our corporate secretarial policies and procedures, ensuring that they are aligned with our business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with other departments within BoardRoom Limited to ensure that our corporate secretarial services are fully integrated with our other business functions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in corporate secretarial services, with a strong background in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other key partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Chartered Secretary or equivalent qualification, with a strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory matters.
