Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Call Centre Executive to join our team at PERSOLKELLY SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling mailbox enquiries, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent service to all customers via email communication and personalized calls
    • Ensure accuracy of data collected from customers
    • Maintain and update the survey database with proper notes indicated in the system
  • Enquiry Handling
    • Handle mailbox enquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner
    • Distribute enquiries and follow-ups to relevant teams, stakeholders, and departments
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Provide daily email summary reports to the Quality Service Experience Manager
    • Analyze service quality across the contact centre and provide recommendations on ways to improve productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Training and Development
    • Train and guide employees to create a culture of service excellence
Requirements
  • 2 years and above of call centre experience providing training or audit
  • Singaporean
