Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM expert to join our team as an Assistant BIM Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of BIM workflows and processes within a project or organization.
  • Coordinate with Consultants, System-Wide Contractors, and Sub-Contractors to ensure discipline-specific design and construction conflicts are identified, resolved, and rectified.
  • Use Navisworks to generate Clash Detection Reports and Bim Collab to enhance report progress.
  • Review and validate models created by different disciplines to ensure they are clash-free, accurate, and compliant with project requirements.
  • Liaise with Project Document Controllers for accurate data.
