Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Information Modelling (BIM) Coordinator to join our team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the BIM Manager in developing and implementing BIM execution plans for assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement BIM execution plans for assigned projects, ensuring seamless integration of project workflows across disciplines.
  • Manage project BIM standards development, implementation, and enforcement on all related deliverables, maintaining data integrity and quality.
  • Cordinate BIM workflows and processes across project disciplines, fostering effective collaboration and communication.
  • Conduct regular BIM model reviews to identify and resolve coordination issues, ensuring timely completion of projects.
  • Prepare and deliver BIM deliverables, such as 3D visualizations, clash reports, and asset data, meeting client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Hold a degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, or Building Services Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in design engineering or construction management.
  • Have 4 years of relevant BIM experience in a Project level BIM Coordinator role in large-scale or infrastructure projects, demonstrating expertise in BIM software and processes.
  • Possess a certificate in Building Information Modelling (BIM), BIM Management, or DDM tier 3, enhancing your knowledge and skills in BIM execution.
  • Exhibit strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, facilitating effective collaboration and conflict resolution.
