Job Overview

As a Senior BIM Specialist, you will play a key role in leading BIM-focused projects and ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements.

  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing BIM Execution Plans to maintain project consistency and quality.
  • Integrate BIM into Integrated Digital Delivery (IDD), Virtual Design Construction (VDC), and Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) processes.
  • Generate clash reports and facilitate BIM coordination meetings with clients and consultants.
  • Oversee multidisciplinary coordination, including Phase Planning (4D) and Cost Estimating (5D).
  • Troubleshoot issues with models and projects to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide guidance to architects on implementing effective BIM strategies and technologies.
  • Plan and resource delivery aspects of projects to ensure efficient execution.

About You

  • Hold a specialist diploma in BIM or degree in Architecture or equivalent.
  • Have at least 5 years of relevant experience in BIM management.
  • Be proficient in Singapore BIM Standards.
  • Stay updated with the latest BIM developments and commit to continual improvement.
  • Hold comprehensive knowledge of BIM processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrate good leadership abilities with effective team management.
  • Show excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
